Instead of thriving and being able to grow in the ways you desire, you feel exhausted as you simply try to recover and rebalance from everything you’ve had to navigate in recent seasons. You have a lot of beautiful people and things in your life but

the pain, of things not going how you imagined or wanted, is breaking you down and challenging everything you used to believe to be true,

including what you actually want, what’s possible for you, + your belief in yourself + others.

After moving trough my own inner breakdown and the devastating, core-shaking loss of my mom, I feel more alive, free, joyful, creative and connected with myself and Life than ever before.

Losing her was the was the worst thing that has ever happened to me, AND as I learned to turn toward my grief and pain with love, I healed and found myself again, while unlocking an incredible amount of energy, passion, love for life, and gratitude for what has been born through me on this journey.

In 1:1 containers, I am known for tending to everything from death, loss, and grief journeys, suppressed emotion and expression, to orgasm and sexuality, fertility, your relationship to yourself, God, Life, and others, survival states and patterns that are keeping you stuck, authentic expression, creativity, money, business, and work shifts or desires. In each session, there will be a blend of intuitive and transformational coaching, guided self-inquiry and exploration, emotional processing and release, as well as energy and body/somatic based work.

I will guide you into attunement with what feels most important and present to be with each session, and together we will engage, explore, and flow with whatever is arising and whatever wants to happen for your liberation.
